Buy to let mortgages - Savills Private Finance

Investing for over 20 years I have used a lot of mortgage brokers and applied direct through lenders, however, my personal experience has been that if you use a mortgage packager (well they don't like to be called that) like Savills Private Finance, you can reduce the risk of being turned down. This is how:

Savills collect all the relevant information about your borrowing and specifically tailor it towards the lender that they are going to place you with - they will know the lender inside out because they have got a long term relationship with the underwriters. They will then present a package to the lender - including a pre-arranged valuation from a panel approved by all the lenders savills work with, reducing the risk of your property being undervalued by the lender direct and your loan application being rejected.
